Starting from June 15th, we will showcase the works of artists from five countries who use painting in very different ways. The finalists include artists focusing on plastic solutions and exploring the medium, as well as those utilizing painting in a conceptual practice. The exhibited approaches represent some of the new phenomena in art, shaping the contemporary art scene. The paintings feature a strong political aspect, spanning from feminist themes and human-nature relationships to international politics. The exhibition will display works by artists for whom painting is the primary artistic practice, as well as creators working simultaneously in other media.

Starting from June 15th, the following artists will present their works: Kateryna Aliinyk, Andrej Maxim Auch, Martina Drozd Smutná, Wiktoria Kieniksman, Ant Łakomsk, Krystyna Melnyk, Krzysztof Mętel, Horacy Muszyński, Filip Rybkowski, Patryk Staruch, Kuba Stępień, and Emily Stevenhagen.
